Overview
Intenio ("we", "our", "us") is a proposal management platform operated by Cr3ativeSparx. This policy explains what data we collect when you use Intenio, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By creating an account or using any Intenio feature, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What we collect
Account data
Your name and email address when you sign up. Your subscription and billing status (we do not store card numbers — those are held by Stripe).
Proposal data
The proposals you create, including title, sections, pricing, client name and email, and any uploaded document content. This data is yours — Intenio is a processor, not a controller, of your client's personal data.
Client activity
When a client opens a Magic Link, Intenio records the timestamp, IP address, and user-agent. Section-level dwell time and scroll depth are recorded on each visit. This data is displayed to you in the dashboard and is not shared with third parties beyond what is described below.
Signatures and audit records
Signer name, IP address, user-agent, timestamp, and a SHA-256 hash of the document at the time of signing. These records exist to verify the integrity of the agreement.
Usage and error data
Server logs and error traces generated by Vercel and Supabase to diagnose problems. These are retained for up to 30 days and are not tied to individual profiles in reporting.
How we use it
Deliver the service
Render your proposals, track client activity, generate signatures, and process payments.
SPARX engagement signals
Section dwell and scroll data is used to compute a per-proposal engagement score shown only to you. It is not sold or shared.
Email notifications
We send transactional emails (magic links, open alerts, signature notifications) via Resend using your account email and your client's email only as needed.
AI features
When you use AI drafting or follow-up coaching, the relevant proposal sections are sent to Anthropic or Google Gemini under their API terms. This data is not used to train their models.
Billing
Subscription and payment metadata is shared with Stripe to process charges and Connect payouts. We do not store card details.
Data retention
Your proposals, sections, signatures, and analytics are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete a proposal, the record and associated sections are removed. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise all personal data within 30 days of your written request.
Stripe retains billing records independently for tax and compliance purposes under their own retention policy.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@intenio.io. We will respond within 30 days.
You may also delete your own proposals at any time from the dashboard. Account deletion can be requested by contacting support.
International transfers
Intenio and its sub-processors operate primarily in the United States (AWS us-east-1 via Supabase). By using the service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the US under the protections described above.
Children
Intenio is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. Material changes will be announced by email. The "Last reviewed" date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision.
